📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily inventory operations, including stock control, ordering, and replenishment.
- Lead and manage a team of parts specialists, ensuring high performance and productivity.
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize costs.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and reliable delivery schedules.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Monitor and analyze inventory data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and their satisfaction is prioritized.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role in the automotive industry.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with automotive parts and industry standards is a plus.
