As a Learning and Development Officer at Yngen Datacom Corp., you will work closely with various departments to identify training needs, develop and deliver training programs, and measure the effectiveness of these programs. You will utilize a range of tools and software, including Learning Management Systems (LMS) like Moodle or Docebo, to create and manage training content. Additionally, you will collaborate with HR to ensure that our training initiatives align with our organizational goals and strategies.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop training programs that align with the company's strategic objectives and the needs of the workforce.
• Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop solutions to address them.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure that training initiatives are well-coordinated and effectively communicated.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
• Utilize LMS platforms like Moodle or Docebo to create and manage training content.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training and development, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs.
• Strong knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and other HR tools.
• Certification in instructional design or a related field is a plus.
