📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Create and refine die designs using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and CATIA
- Collaborate with engineers and manufacturers to ensure designs meet quality and precision standards
- Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to improve design quality
- Develop and maintain design documentation and technical drawings
- Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of die designs
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in die-making
- Provide technical support and training to junior staff members
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance die-making processes
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in die design and manufacturing
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and CATIA
- Understanding of die-making processes and materials
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively
