📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit and maintain relationships with retail outlets, supermarkets, and other distribution points to promote Aneka Sarivita products.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager.
• Assist in the organization and execution of sales promotions and events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with sales software such as SAP, Salesforce, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field activities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
