In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs that align with our company's goals and objectives. You will work closely with your team to develop engaging and effective training materials, leveraging your expertise in MS Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, and automation tools. Your daily tasks will include conducting training sessions, providing feedback and coaching, and continuously evaluating and improving our training programs to meet the evolving needs of our associates.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for associates, focusing on MS Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, and automation tools.
• Lead a team of trainers to ensure high-quality facilitation and support.
• Develop and update training materials, including manuals, guides, and multimedia content.
• Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance associates' skills and knowledge.
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to trainers to ensure they deliver top-notch training.
• Evaluate and analyze training effectiveness to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to align training programs with business objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a BPO or customer service environment.
• Proven expertise in MS Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, and automation tools.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
• Certifications in training and development are a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
