📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting property surveys to determine land boundaries, dimensions, and other relevant information.,Collecting and analyzing data to support property development projects.,Preparing accurate and detailed survey reports for clients and stakeholders.,Collaborating with project teams to ensure survey data is used effectively in decision-making.,Using surveying equipment and software to gather precise data.,Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Providing technical support and guidance to team members on surveying techniques.,Maintaining and updating survey records and databases.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Land Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in property surveying.,Strong knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment.,Proficiency in using surveying software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid certification in surveying (e.g., S1, S2, or equivalent).
