📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage staff scheduling, performance, and training to maintain high service standards.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or store management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant management software.,Knowledge of automotive services and products is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management systems.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
