AccountStaff is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Revenue Accountant or Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team in Canggu, Bali. This is an immediate hire opportunity for either a contract or permanent position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue accounting and a passion for financial management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's revenue accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including revenue forecasts, cash flow statements, and balance sheets.,Work closely with the finance and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate revenue recognition.,Identify and implement cost-saving measures and revenue enhancement strategies.,Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Provide financial support to the management team, including budgeting and forecasting.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.,Support the Assistant Manager in managing the accounting department, including hiring, training, and performance management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue accounting, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis is a plus.
