We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our Risk & Integrity Platform team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can help improve our risk management processes and ensure the integrity of our platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, a deep understanding of risk management principles, and the ability to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Analyze large and complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can help improve risk management processes.,Develop and maintain data models and algorithms to support risk analysis and integrity monitoring.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that data analysis aligns with business objectives and regulatory requirements.,Communicate complex findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and risk management.,Mentor and train junior data analysts and other team members on data analysis techniques and tools.,Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used for risk analysis and decision-making processes.,Develop and implement data quality controls and monitoring processes to ensure the reliability of data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a strong focus on risk management and integrity monitoring.,Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.,Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.,Strong understanding of statistical methods and machine learning techniques.,Knowledge of risk management principles and frameworks, such as COSO, ISO 31000, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
