📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.,Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making and strategic planning.,Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.,Prepare and analyze financial forecasts and budgets.,Supervise and mentor junior accountants and finance staff.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting, with the last 3 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.
