📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Provide exceptional customer service and address customer needs.,Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand the client base.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.,Proficient in using sales tools and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior.,Knowledge of dental products and services is a plus.
