📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve targets.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and clients.,Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints.,Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to management.,Assisting in the development and execution of promotional campaigns.,Training and mentoring junior sales staff.,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales and business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong understanding of retail operations and sales principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.,Knowledge of the Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.
