📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes within the organization.,Identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.,Review financial records and transactions to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policies and regulations.,Conduct risk assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management processes.,Prepare and present audit reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.,Collaborate with various departments to understand their processes and provide guidance on internal control improvements.,Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and internal control frameworks.,Proficiency in using audit software and spreadsheet applications (e.g., Excel, QuickBooks).,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
