📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Assess and monitor patients' health conditions, and document all findings accurately and promptly.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care measures.,Maintain a clean and organized patient care area, following infection control protocols.,Participate in staff meetings and continuous professional development activities.,Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.,Promote a positive and respectful work environment for both patients and colleagues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.,Valid nursing license and certification in Indonesia.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality patient care.
