MEP Site Manager - Construction Project Leadership

Jaya Teknik Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced MEP Site Manager to oversee and coordinate the execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems for our construction projects in Jakarta. This role is critical in ensuring project timelines are met, budgets are adhered to, and safety standards are upheld. As a MEP Site Manager, you will be the backbone of our project teams, guiding engineers and technicians through every phase of the project.

With a proven track record in MEP project management, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our construction sites. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems into the overall building design. Your expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software will be instrumental in this role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and coordination of MEP systems installation and commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on all construction sites.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure they are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
• Provide technical guidance and support to MEP engineers and technicians.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP project management.
• Proven experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and standards, including ASHRAE, IES, and other relevant codes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Valid ID card and work permit for Indonesia.
