📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the management of daily F&B operations, including inventory control and staff scheduling.
• Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of service.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute F&B strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership role within the F&B industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
