📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the nursing department, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Manage and mentor a team of nurses, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.,Assess patient needs and develop care plans to ensure optimal health outcomes.,Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Ensure the availability and proper use of medical supplies and equipment.,Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.,Promote a positive and supportive work environment for all team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lead Nurse or in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Valid nursing license and certification.,Experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry is a plus.
