In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of our machinery, ensuring efficiency, safety, and productivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine operation, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily operations of machinery and equipment.,Ensure the safety and efficiency of all machinery operations.,Train and mentor junior operators on best practices and safety procedures.,Monitor and maintain machinery performance and uptime.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to prevent breakdowns and ensure longevity of equipment.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production processes.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect personnel and equipment.,Maintain accurate records of machinery usage, maintenance, and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Machine Operator, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.,Strong knowledge of machinery operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations.,Basic understanding of mechanical systems and components.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
