📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and safety.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to manage incoming and outgoing goods.,Implement and enforce warehouse policies and procedures.,Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high performance standards.,Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to warehouse operations.,Utilize warehouse management software to track and manage inventory.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse management or similar roles.,Knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and local business practices.
