In this role, you will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods, and maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in warehouse management to gain valuable industry experience and develop their skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records are maintained.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures in the warehouse.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high levels of productivity and accuracy.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.,Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
