📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical assistance and support to employees.,Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.,Monitor and maintain network infrastructure.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems.,Provide training and support to new employees.,Maintain and update IT documentation.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network infrastructure and security.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
