📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily operations and performance of the section.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.,Leading and mentoring team members to ensure they meet their performance goals.,Managing budgets and resources to ensure the section operates within financial constraints.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Representing the section in meetings and events both internally and externally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using office software and tools.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and tools.
