📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and customer service.,Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve sales performance and customer experience.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.,Strong understanding of retail operations and sales principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.
