Asia Transport is seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging and effective learning programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, and a strong understanding of the latest trends and best practices in the field.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and deliver training programs that align with the company's strategic goals and the needs of the employees.,Identify and analyze training needs through feedback, assessments, and performance data.,Create and maintain training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and manuals.,Facilitate training sessions and provide coaching and mentoring to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs are integrated into the overall business strategy.,Provide training and development support to managers and leaders to enhance their leadership and coaching skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Experience with e-learning platforms and tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Professional certification in learning and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is a plus.
