PT Usaha Putra is seeking a dynamic and experienced Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Medan, Sumatera Utara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet operations, ensuring efficient and safe transportation of goods. This is a hybrid role, allowing for flexibility between office and field work.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet operations, including vehicles, drivers, and logistics.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance schedules.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Resolve any issues related to fleet operations promptly and effectively.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and any issues that need attention.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Knowledge of local traffic regulations and road conditions in Medan.
