Head of Human Resources & General Affairs (HRDGA)

CV Jaya Arta Prima is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Human Resources & General Affairs (HRDGA) to lead our HR and GA divisions in Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur. This is a pivotal role for professionals with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a leadership position. As the Head of HRDGA, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources and general affairs, ensuring the smooth operation of our organization. You will work closely with the management team to implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company's vision and goals.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the HR department, including recruitment, training, and employee development. You will also oversee the GA division, which includes facilities management, procurement, and administrative support. Your ability to lead and inspire your team, along with your strong organizational and communication skills, will be crucial in driving the success of our organization.

• Oversee the HR department, including recruitment, training, and employee development
• Manage the GA division, including facilities management, procurement, and administrative support

• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a leadership position in HR or GA
• Proven track record of successfully managing HR and GA functions
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and inspire a team
• Proficiency in using HR management software such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus
