📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support decision-making processes.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accounting standards.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.,Monitor and control cash flow, manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely payment of invoices.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to the management team to support strategic planning and growth initiatives.,Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to ensure the achievement of financial goals and objectives.,Collaborate with external auditors and other stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge and understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and regulatory requirements.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Proficient in the use of financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
