📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and supervise daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and stock management.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures in the warehouse.
  • Monitor and optimize warehouse processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Lead and mentor the warehouse team, providing training and development opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high standards of warehouse operations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing warehouse operations and leading a team.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and quality control measures.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
