📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Instructor in planning and conducting training sessions.,Monitor and evaluate student progress to ensure they meet the program's objectives.,Provide feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their skills.,Maintain a clean and organized training environment.,Assist in the preparation and delivery of training materials.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of training programs.,Support the Head Instructor in managing and coordinating with external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as an instructor or similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.,Familiarity with training and development methodologies.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of the local culture and customs is a plus.
