📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations,Manage store staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly,Conduct regular store audits to maintain high standards,Assist in the development and implementation of store improvement initiatives,Support the Store Manager in developing and maintaining positive working relationships with vendors and suppliers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role,Strong leadership and communication skills,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Knowledge of retail software and systems is a plus,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and market trends
