📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Handle incoming customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, and chat.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Indonesian language and English is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
