📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Manage and maintain all shipping documentation including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and shipping orders,Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements,Coordinate with shipping agents, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient shipping processes,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients,Monitor shipping schedules and ensure timely delivery of goods,Prepare and submit shipping reports to management,Handle and resolve any shipping-related issues or disputes,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in shipping documentation or a related field,Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Fluency in English, both written and spoken,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use🛠️ Keahlian
