📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute recipes for a variety of pastries and desserts.,Ensure the quality and consistency of pastries and desserts.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ensure timely procurement of ingredients.,Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.,Participate in product development and innovation.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Comply with all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven track record in creating and executing recipes.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with food safety and health regulations.,Basic knowledge of remote work and communication tools.
