🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,1-3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
