In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our HR Information System, ensuring seamless operations and providing innovative solutions to enhance our HR processes.

As an HRIS Operation & Solutions Specialist at Delta Electronics, you will work closely with HR teams and stakeholders across the organization. You will be responsible for managing user access, troubleshooting system issues, and implementing updates to ensure the system runs smoothly. Additionally, you will provide support and training to employees, helping them navigate the HRIS and utilize its features effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain the HRIS, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
• Provide technical support to HR teams and employees, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems.
• Implement system updates and enhancements to improve HR processes.
• Develop and maintain documentation for HRIS operations and solutions.
• Monitor system performance and security, implementing measures to protect data and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for HRIS optimization.
• Provide training and support to employees on HRIS usage and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HRIS management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS operations and support.
• Proficient in HRIS software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM.
• Strong technical skills in database management, system administration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in HRIS or relevant IT certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, or CompTIA) is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
