📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.,Oversee the hiring, training, and supervision of fleet drivers, ensuring that they are qualified and capable of performing their duties safely and efficiently.,Monitor and analyze fleet performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.,Coordinate with transportation partners and logistics providers to ensure timely and reliable delivery of goods and services.,Maintain accurate records of fleet activities, including vehicle usage, maintenance history, and driver performance.,Ensure that all fleet vehicles meet safety and environmental standards, and that they are properly insured and licensed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
