PT Karya Harapan is seeking a skilled and experienced Captain to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our vessels. The ideal candidate will have a strong navigational background and a commitment to maritime safety. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the vessel and crew.,Plan and execute voyages in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Maintain and inspect all vessel equipment and systems.,Monitor weather conditions and make appropriate adjustments to the voyage plan.,Ensure compliance with all maritime laws and regulations.,Conduct regular safety drills and inspections.,Communicate effectively with the crew and other stakeholders.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vessel operations and maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role.,Valid Master Mariner's License (MML) or equivalent.,Proficient in English and local languages.,Strong knowledge of maritime laws and regulations.,Experience with navigational software and equipment.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Previous experience in the maritime industry is a plus.
