📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure the store adheres to company policies and procedures, maintaining a clean and organized environment.,Train and develop store staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and complaints, resolving issues to the satisfaction of customers.,Collaborate with the corporate team to implement new initiatives and promotions.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the retail industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store, including staff, inventory, and sales.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Familiarity with the Indonesian retail market and consumer trends is a plus.
