📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth service.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to maintain high-quality food and beverage offerings.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and maintain cost-effective purchasing.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance, training, and operational improvements.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of staff.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
