📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR department in the administration of employee benefits, such as health insurance and retirement plans.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.,Provide administrative support to the HR manager, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.,Assist in the organization of training and development programs for employees.,Support the HR department in the administration of payroll and other HR-related tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the HR field.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
